Van de eerstejaars mbo van 2005/’06 heeft 10 procent na 1 jaar het mbo zonder diploma verlaten. Na 4 jaar is dit percentage opgelopen naar 18 procent. Vooral vanuit het laagste niveau van het mbo, de assistentopleiding, is de ongediplomeerde uitval hoog.
